The flat is fitted with a secure electronic, keyless access system, meaning there is no need to collect keys or fobs, and there will never be a delay at check-in or any late check-in fees! 24-hour check-in is available at no additional cost.

➡Smoking is not allowed inside the property
➡No additional guests other than those listed in the booking
➡CCTV and surveillance are operational within the outdoor areas of the apartment.
➡ If guests are found to violate these rules, a 24/7 security team will be called out, and you will be asked to leave. Your deposit will be forfeited, as well as the rest of your stay, without any reimbursements. A fine of up to £2,000 may be applied.
➡Guests will be asked to send a photo ID, a driver's licence or a passport before arrival. Please note that this name must match the original name used to make the booking.
➡This is a pet-friendly apartment. Please let me know before your booking if you have a pet so I can prepare it accordingly. There will also be an additional one-time fee of £25 per pet.
➡We aim to provide a fantastic service to respectful & polite guests, so please consider this when booking.

Fabian and Salve were such wonderful hosts. I needed a last minute booking as my other host let me down, and they were there immediately to accommodate me. Their communication response time was literally instant, each time I interacted with them. This filled me with confidence that my stay was going to be well prepared. The accommodation was in a great central location, but at the same time very quiet and relaxing. Fabian provided me with very clear instructions on its location and access. A very clean and well presented AirBnb with character. An overall comfortable stay, just what I was looking for. Thank you so much!!
