Note that we only have one ticket and a £100 fee will be charged for loss.

The flat is fitted with a secure electronic, keyless access system, meaning there is no need to collect keys or fobs, and there will never be a delay at check-in or any late check-in fees! 24-hour check-in is available at no additional cost.

➡Strictly no parties and loud music
➡Smoking is not allowed inside the property
➡No additional guests other than those listed in the booking
➡CCTV and surveillance are operational within the outdoor areas of the apartment.
➡ If guests are found to violate these rules, a 24/7 security team will be called out, and you will be asked to leave. Your deposit will be forfeited, as well as the rest of your stay, without any reimbursements. A fine of up to £2,000 may be applied.
➡Guests will be asked to send a photo ID, a driver's licence or a passport before arrival. Please note that this name must match the original name used to make the booking.
➡This is a pet-friendly apartment. Please let me know before your booking if you have a pet so I can prepare it accordingly. There will also be an additional one-time fee of £25 per pet.
➡We aim to provide a fantastic service to respectful & polite guests, so please consider this when booking.

Amazing little flat in the centre of town. Peaceful and comfortable. Right next to amazing places to eat as well as all Cardiff has to offer.

Lovely apartment right in the centre of Cardiff. You couldnât be closer to everywhere. I found it a bit tricky to find but Fabian was so helpful when I asked him for help! Would recommend!

Fab is a wonderful guy and always friendly to offer help. The apartment is safe, cozy and convenient, there are lots of shops and restaurants around here and itâs walkable to any attractions. Highly recommended!
