Soaring vaulted ceilings, dramatic original beams and a huge arched skylight give the open-plan living space a sense of light and grandeur you simply won't find in an ordinary flat.

The bright reception and kitchen sit together under the beams, a lovely space to cook, dine and relax, with a comfortable sofa, a dining area and a fully equipped modern kitchen.

The double bedroom is a calm, private retreat, and there's a further double bed in an open landing area, ideal for extra guests travelling together.

It's a one-of-a-kind base for a couple, a small family/groups or anyone who wants to stay somewhere with real personality, with private allocated parking included.

--HOUSE RULES--
We want every guest to have a brilliant stay, so here are a few things worth knowing before you book.

- This is a quiet residential building, so we don't allow parties or loud music, and only guests listed on the booking may stay at the property.

- Before arrival, we'll ask you to complete a quick and easy verification: a photo ID matching the name on the booking, and a short Terms & Conditions form to sign.
It takes a couple of minutes and keeps the home safe and secure for every guest who stays with us.

- The flat is set over two upper floors and accessed by stairs, so guests should be comfortable with stairs.

- The second bed is in an open landing area without a door.

- CCTV covers the outdoor areas of the property only.
