Add a comfortable super king-size bed, a stylish black modern interior and soft LED ambient lighting throughout, and you've got a space made for switching off and unwinding together.

There's a big 60" Smart TV with Netflix and streaming apps for cosy nights in, a modern bathroom with a walk-in shower, and a private sunny garden just outside for a coffee in the morning or a drink in the evening.

Please note this is a compact studio designed for short romantic breaks rather than self-catering stays. There's a kettle and microwave for drinks and light bites, but no kitchen and no laundry facilities.

Fishponds has plenty of restaurants, takeaways, cafés and shops within easy reach, along with local laundry services if you need them.

It's the perfect base for couples celebrating something special, or for anyone travelling solo who wants somewhere calm and comfortable, with free parking right there.

- This is a quiet residential street, so we don't allow parties or loud music, and only guests listed on the booking may stay at the property.

- Before arrival, we'll ask you to complete a quick and easy verification: a photo ID matching the name on the booking, and a short Terms & Conditions form to sign.
It takes a couple of minutes and keeps the home safe and secure for every guest who stays with us.

- There is no kitchen at this property, just a kettle and microwave.

- There are no laundry facilities, though local laundry services are nearby.
