Our four-bedroom house in Filton is a modern, energy-efficient home built for comfortable group and longer stays, whether you're a work team on assignment, a family visiting Bristol, or a group getting together.

Arranged over three floors, the house has four bedrooms sleeping up to 7, with two full bathrooms including an en-suite to the top-floor bedroom, plus a downstairs WC, so there's no queue in the morning. There's plenty of space to spread out, cook together and relax at the end of the day.

It's a genuinely green home too, with solar panels and a heat pump keeping it warm and efficient, and an EV charger on site if you're driving electric (paid). Free allocated parking for two cars means arriving is easy, with additional free on-street parking for any extra vehicles.

Out the back there's a private garden with a seating area, a lovely spot for a morning coffee or an evening drink after a long day.

The location works brilliantly for day-to-day life. You've got supermarkets, local shops, cafés and takeaways close by for the everyday essentials, and Cribbs Causeway is only a few minutes' drive with its big-name shops, restaurants, cinema and gyms.

We want every guest to have a brilliant stay, so here are a few things worth knowing before you book.

- This is a quiet residential street, so we don't allow parties or loud music, and only guests listed on the booking may stay at the property.

- Before arrival, we'll ask you to complete a quick and easy verification: a photo ID matching the name on the booking, and a short Terms & Conditions form to sign.
It takes a couple of minutes and keeps the home safe and secure for every guest who stays with us.

- The house is arranged over three floors, so guests should be comfortable with stairs.
