Welcome to our modern 4-bedroom house in Fishponds, sleeping up to 11.
Three bedrooms have their own en-suite, plus there's a main bathroom and a downstairs WC, so there's no queue in the morning.

There's a fully equipped kitchen and a dining area for the whole group to get together (there's no separate living room).

Free parking at the house, and Fishponds Road's cafes, shops and supermarkets are a short walk away. Bristol city centre is around 15 to 20 minutes by car or bus, and the M32 is just 5 minutes away.

We want every guest to have a brilliant stay, so here are a few things worth knowing before you book.
- This is a quiet residential street, so we don't allow parties or loud music, and only guests listed on the booking may stay at the property.

- Before arrival, we'll ask you to complete a quick and easy verification: a photo ID matching the name on the booking, and a short Terms & Conditions form to sign.
It takes a couple of minutes and keeps the home safe and secure for every guest who stays with us.

- CCTV covers the outdoor areas of the property only.

- There is no separate living room. The kitchen and dining area is the shared space.

- The house is completely private to you. Next door, in the same building, is a separate studio with its own entrance that is also let to guests, so please keep noise down in the evenings.
