Our five-bedroom house in Horfield, Bristol, is one of the few places locally that comfortably sleeps 10, making it an ideal base for work teams, larger groups and families who need proper space under one roof.

The house is arranged over two floors with five bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms, so there's room for everyone and no queue in the morning.
Downstairs there's a comfortable living area and a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and everything you need to cook for the whole group, plus a private garden out the back to relax in.

We want every guest to have a brilliant stay, so here are a few things worth knowing before you book.

- This is a quiet residential street, so we don't allow parties or loud music, and only guests listed on the booking may stay at the property.

- Before arrival, we'll ask you to complete a quick and easy verification: a photo ID matching the name on the booking, and a short Terms & Conditions form to sign.
It takes a couple of minutes and keeps the home safe and secure for every guest who stays with us.

- The bedrooms are upstairs, so guests should be comfortable with stairs.

- CCTV covers the outdoor areas of the property only.
