We want every guest to have a brilliant stay, so here are a few things worth knowing before you book.

- This is a quiet residential street, so we don't allow parties or loud music, and only guests listed on the booking may stay at the property.

- Strictly no parties or events.

- Before arrival, we'll ask you to complete a quick and easy verification: a photo ID matching the name on the booking, and a short Terms & Conditions form to sign.
It takes a couple of minutes and keeps the home safe and secure for every guest who stays with us.

- CCTV covers the entrance of the property only.

- This is a beautiful period home dating back to the 1800s, full of authentic character. Like many historic Bath homes, it has stairs throughout across three floors, and the odd creaky floorboard is all part of its charm. We kindly ask guests to treat the home with care, so it can be enjoyed for many years to come.

- There is no parking at the property. Several public car parks are a short walk away, and Bath's Park and Ride is a great option.

- Sorry, no pets.
