Yes, we require a £250 fully refundable deposit for bookings. Our cancellation policy may vary by property and length of stay. Please check the property details or contact us for clarification.

Yes! We specialise in long stays and offer discounted rates for weekly and monthly bookings. Contact us for a custom quote for stays over 14 days.

Check-in is from 3:00 pm. Check-out is 11 am. There is also the possibility of paying for an early check-in or late checkout based on availability. 
If you wish to extend your stay or rebook for the following week/weekend, please let us know at your earliest convenience.

Yes! All our Check-Ins are contactless. This ensures a simple and smooth check-in process for our guests.

We are pet lovers ourselves, and we understand that pets are often an important part of a family. This is why we try to provide pet-friendly accommodations whenever possible.

Unfortunately, some of our properties are not suitable for pets, so it depends on the house and the pet. Please note that there is also an additional pet fee to be paid as per our terms and conditions.
In our holiday lets and serviced apartments, we use key safes.
The code to the key safe, along with a tutorial on how to use the key safes, can be found on your check-in instructions. These are sent out after the online check-in form has been completed and the security deposit has been pre-authorised.
Make sure to check your junk mail, as sometimes the email can get lost!
